It is free because there is nothing to charge for. Every tool runs in your own browser, so no server handles your files and there is no bill to pass on. That is also why there are no daily limits, no size limits and no watermarks. Other sites use those limits to ration their servers. Docexp does not use any.
Turn off your Wi-Fi. Once a Docexp tool has loaded, it keeps working with no network. A site that works offline cannot be sending your files anywhere. You can also watch the Network tab in your browser while a tool runs. No file data leaves the page.
Often the form sets a range, such as between 20 KB and 50 KB, and ordinary compressors only make files smaller. If your photo ends up under the minimum, compressing again will not help. Docexp's upload fixer aims at both ends of the range, and at the exact pixel size too.
Yes. Everything runs in the browser, so the same tools work on Android and iPhone. There is no app to install. On an older phone, very large files can be slow, because your phone does the work and not a server.
No. There is no sign-up and no login, and no tool asks for your email. Your files are never uploaded, so an account would have nothing to hold.
